Designer Bridal Show Success

What an incredible weekend! We’re just coming back down to Earth after attending another great wedding show full to bursting with extremely talented individuals and companies from in and around Birmingham.

The Designer Bridal Show, where James Crockford Photography was official show photographers, was held at Hotel Du Vin, the perfect host for this two part wedding show – the second being held at Malmaison next month (Sunday 8th May).

Brides to be looking for something with more of a designer feel were welcomed with glasses of pink fizz, delicious canapes and miles of smiles from the great and the good in the wedding world.

Cakes to break the diet over from The Boutique Baking Company, gorgeous designer gowns courtesy of the Wedding Club, shoes that fit like gloves from our fabulous friend Rachel Simpson Shoes and cool, smart suits from Harvey Nichols were just a few of the exhibitors on hand to make the brides and grooms feel extra special.

Fashion shows with models drifting elegantly across the courtyard were mixed with workshops from wedding planner Alexis Walker and of course all in a venue that is the ideal setting for a city-living, designer-loving bride to be. A big massive thank you must go to the staff from Hotel Du Vin who made the day go smoothly, with never a glass half empty and never a guest left hungry!
