Pip & Billy's Wedding
Following on from the Pre-Wedding shoot on the friday, I was then obviously at Pip and Billy’s wedding the following day taking photographs. And what a great day it was. It was so relaxed and enjoyable for all the guests, and the bride and groom (once Billy had sorted out his kilt…) – exactly how wedding should be.
It is always great to see couples in love, and Pip and Billy are obviously in love. They had planned the day well – particularly to try and avoid trains passing through during the ceremony (well it almost worked), but the one thing that can never be planned is the weather. We woke up to a grey and rainy morning, and the decision to go in or out for the ceremony was left until the last minute – and it was to be out. It was one of those wonderful moments when the bride walked out of the front of the hotel to walk to the back and the sun came out, dried the ground, and shone down for the rest of the day. This meant we could enjoy the full splendor of the Blair Atholl backdrop (more photos to follow!).
A fantastic day, and one that was just perfect for Pip and Billy.
Here is a sneak preview – more to follow…
